Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of iposme.com and any services offered on it (collectively, “IPO SME”, “we”, “us”), including the free dashboard and the paid Live Webinar. By accessing the site or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the service

IPO SME provides an informational dashboard aggregating publicly available SME IPO data from BSE SME and NSE Emerge, and offers a paid educational live webinar. The site and webinar are for general information and education only.

2. Not investment advice

Nothing on this site or in the webinar constitutes investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or subscribe to any security. Securities markets carry risk, including the risk of loss of capital. Data may contain errors or delays. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser before investing.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding contract to purchase a paid service.

4. Payments

  • Paid services are priced in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Payments are collected by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking credentials.
  • Your order is confirmed only after payment is successfully captured.

5. Webinar access & conduct

  • One paid seat is for one attendee. The join link, recording and materials are for your personal use and must not be shared, resold or redistributed.
  • We may remove participants who are disruptive or who breach these Terms, without refund.
  • Session timings, hosts and content may change; we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

6. Intellectual property

All content, branding, presentations and recordings are owned by or licensed to IPO SME and are protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access purchased content for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Third-party services

We rely on third parties such as Razorpay (payments) and email/WhatsApp providers (to deliver your webinar details). Their services are subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPO SME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any investment losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at [your city], India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
