Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid services purchased on iposme.com (“IPO SME”, “we”, “us”), including the paid Live Webinar. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay.

1. Nature of the service

The Live Webinar is a digital, online event. On successful payment you receive a confirmation, and the webinar date and join link are delivered to the email address and WhatsApp number you provide. Because access and materials are delivered electronically, the cancellation terms below apply.

2. Cancellation by you

• 24+ hours before the scheduled start: you may cancel and request a full refund.
• Within 24 hours of the start, after the session has begun, or after the recording/materials have been shared: the booking is non-refundable, as access has already been granted.

3. Cancellation or rescheduling by us

If we cancel the webinar, or reschedule it to a date/time you cannot attend, you are entitled to either a full refund or a free seat in the next available session — your choice.

4. If you did not receive the join link

If you do not receive the date and link within a few minutes of payment, please first check your email spam folder. If it is still missing, contact us before the session begins and we will re-send it promptly. We are unable to offer a refund for non-attendance where the link was delivered and re-sending was possible.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@iposme.com from the address used at checkout, quoting your Razorpay Payment ID and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days (your bank may take additional time to reflect it).
